Keepers first, always
Most reptile enclosures are built to a price, not to a standard. They are too small for the animal, too ugly for the room, or both. The keepers we know were tired of hiding a glorified plastic box in a spare bedroom and calling it a home.
So we built the enclosure we wanted for our own animals: long enough to hold a real thermal gradient, made from furniture-grade engineered wood with TFL that wipes clean and lasts, and finished so it looks like it belongs next to the bookshelf rather than behind a closed door.
We are a small team, and we work with a US furniture manufacturer to build something most brands will not: large enclosures, finished like real furniture, made from materials that hold up to daily husbandry. We would rather build one enclosure right than a hundred boxes fast.
We are keepers building for keepers, and we would rather lose a sale than talk someone into a size that is wrong for their animal.
